NOTICE Payment Method Update: Paysafecard and Stripe

Dear RedFox Games Members,

We received multiple reports of the Paysafecard option being unavailable in several regions. This issue has now been resolved and Paysafecard and should be available as a payment option, as of August 22, 2024. If this option is not available to you, please send us a support ticket from the affected account and we can look into your situation.

Additionally, we regret to inform everyone that as of Stripe will no longer be an option for the purchase of RedFox Credits on the Playredfox website. For credit card payments, we recommend using the PayPal option in the future.

We are still looking into other other payment platforms to add to our website, and we ask for your continued support and patience going forward.
