First of all, we would like to apologize to everyone who did not receive their event rewards yet. We plan to have this issue resolved by the beginning of the next week and will provide a lump-sum reward to the Lords who were affected by this issue in the meantime. We have sent out the rewards during the November 30th maintenance. Lords that were affected by this interruption also received an additional 100 gems.
