    Hello Fighters,

We would like to clarify and update procedures on how player reports will be processed. This is to ensure fairness and ensure that our support team can process your report as quickly as possible.

From now on, all player reports MUST be made with:
    • An in-game screenshot, with your local timestamp typed into the chat box (but not entered).
      • The format of the timestamp MUST be in the following format example:
        • Monday August 11, 2025 1:43PM (PDT)
      • This screenshot MUST include your local time on your PC and MUST match the timestamp indicated on your PC like the following example below:
        upload_2025-8-11_13-43-49.png
    • In some cases to help ensure authenticity of a report, we may ask you to record video footage as well. The video must show the timestamp of your PC.
    • RedFox Games Support Team responses will never inform the reporter of the outcome of a report, sanctions taken against a player(s), and action(s) may not be reflected right away.
    • Never directly confront a player(s) that they are being recorded, screenshotted or reported in. Reports found of purposely "baiting" a player to condone an infraction may be denied.
    • Please do not spam RedFox Support with repetitive reports or tickets asking for an update of a previous report and allow for some time for a response.
    • [Updated August 17] Reports in the middle of a round (where the chat bubble disappears) can still be made without a timestamp at this time. However, RedFox Support may request additional evidence (such as a video) to include with your report to help support it's authenticity.

Furthermore, RedFox Games reserves the right to penalize a player who was not reported directly but reporter's report reveals misconduct. For instance, if Player1 reported Player2, but we found that Player3 was also involved - our team may take action against Player3 in addition to Player2.

Lastly, please note that creating false, fraudulent or misleading reports are subject to penalties and players found doing so may be blocked from creating support tickets.

    Thank you,
    Rumble Fighter Team
