Hello GM’s I obtained a blood tiger (ATK) from HJC 26 which is supposed to give 20% damage. However when I used mine it only gave me 11% damage. I sent a ticket about it but I know how slow you guys are to respond, so I am posting it here in the hopes that you will see it.
