New Cap Level

    Hello,
    According to the maintenance notice there should be a new cap level. I have is 11 100% char but when i try to grind there is no exp gained so I cant level up. I was wondering if the new cap level was postponed or is just a bug that will be fix with a quick maintenance.

    This is a bug and will be addressed in the upcoming patch with the rest of the issues after yesterday's maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
