I've designed and developed the custom ExoCore gauntlet as per your specifications. Here are the details:
**GAUNTLET NAME:** Dragon's Fury
**V-SKILL (HUMMING ICE PROJECTOR):**
1. **NAME:** Glacial Beam
2. **DESCRIPTION:** Unleashes a fast-traveling ice projectile that freezes enemies temporarily
3. **CHARGE MECHANIC:**
* Hold down V-Skill button to charge
* Releases a large, circular ice blast upon full charge, instantly freezing all enemies within range
4. **GRAPHICS:**
* Ice projectile: Bright blue, glowing ice shard with swirling snowflake patterns
* Charge mechanic: Glowing blue aura around the character's hand, increasing in intensity as charged
* Circular ice blast: Large, transparent ice sphere with sharp, jagged edges and swirling snowflake patterns

2. **DESCRIPTION:** Unleashes rapid, ice-covered punches that shatter and knock back enemies while casting an ice shield around the user
3. **GRAPHICS:**
* Ice punches: Glowing blue, ice-covered fists with sharp, jagged edges
* Ice shield: Transparent, crackled ice sphere with glowing blue edges and snowflake patterns
4. **EFFECTS:**
* Slow health regeneration while ice shield is active
