    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the extended maintenance and recent service instability.
    We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

    As compensation for the downtime, we will be providing the following login reward:

    COMPENSATION PERIOD
    • February 12, 00:00:00 ~ 14, 11:59:59 (PST)

    COMPENSATION REWARD
    • 1x 2023 Christmas Box

    All players who log in during the period above will receive the reward.

    Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.

    Hello,

    I would like to give a quick feedback regarding the recent events that happened in the last 24 hours.

    This recent game crashing/game being down issue was handled SIGNIFICANTLY better than the 3 times that the game went down/unable to create rooms in 2025. This time, your team communicated frequent updates about the situation, and gave us compensation. Big kudos to that.

    One small improvement is - on 2/11/2026 2:59am EST and 5:31am EST, when [CM]Fang posted the following 2 updates onto the rf discord

    @everyone Hello all, We're aware of the current server issues at this moment and will update on the situation in a separate announcement. Thank you.

    @everyone Game service has been restored. We will continue to monitor should there be additional issues. Thank you for your patience.
    "
    , they were only on discord and were not posted on forums. As a result, when the game went back down in the early mornings, people who were NOT in the discord were confused about why the game was down. An example would be the person who posted this https://forums.playredfox.com/index.php?threads/server-error-func_q_add_item-null.59531/

    I'd recommend in the future, please convey critical information like this on all social media platforms.

    But overall, this one was handled much better than the ones in 2025, appreciate your team for raising the bar in 2026. Hope this continues in the future.

    Y'all changed the rates of perm items on boxes, so honestly giving away a free box that is 8/10 gonna give you a timed item anyways isn't much compensation.. Just a pathetic attempt to seem like you're "compensating" the players when really you know you lose nothing from the box sales the slower players on here keep purchasing..

    If you dont mind me asking, what other compensation reward did you have in mind instead of the box?

    tbh for me personally, i rather have a box (and this box is the 2023 version, before they added all those 15d timed scrolls, so rates are higher i think in this 2023 box) than 10k carats, which i think was what they gave us in 2025 during one of the times the game went down.

    Also, seems like this xmas 2023 box delivered to us immediately upon login, so thats amazing - instead of having to wait some weeks to get the compensation

    Curious to hear your thoughts though!

    The best compensation for players at least at this point would be for the company to reimburse players money they spent on their accounts.. I don't mean it has to be full, however maybe half of the total they spent since this company only gives mediocre service anyways..
