I am afraid that this is the same as GC when they performed a major update and MANY were not able to update 9D/log-in for just under 1-year because they (GC) refused to accept fault, expecting players to try all sorts of stupid and time-wasting attempts at finding solutions for GC's errors!
Stop with the silly attempts at fixing, WIPE THE SLATE AND START CLEAN !

You exited the gate and slammed face-down into the ground hard in less than 1-day!

 

No Joy. Still can't load the game and I don't see this getting better any time soon.
A DirectX download/install also did not help.
Do we have any time frame for help here?

 

i downloaded New launcher, direct X and restart PC. i download full client and open file to a bunch of files(9dragons install package.....), i download 9Dsetup and a screen popup with HuShanshan and a cat on her shoulder appear for download/setup. Pic show again when finish download. game new icon is label as NineDragons. open and update clear took 15min at most. have fun and welcome back i just finish. heading in-game. peace ps can we get more character slots

I have tried also, but no luck.

 

I suggest NOT wasting time trying the band-aids posted in the original post/thread...

My only solutions was:
- download newest 9D (link available @ 1st post of thread)
- use the default XRASER.exe, located in the PlayRedFox folder
- select 'Delete All', and execute
- delete the folder PlayRedFox
- execute/install the new 9D
* you may need to update DirectX9 ... see original thread for specifics..

the other ""fixes"" are sh@ty band-aids that do not stick!
