As title says... Give us the update to Refine the Bloody Capes Reason: the main stat of the capes is the Critical Defense Rate, the only way to get more is refine capes. Bloody capes have good stats, extra stats... but they need the refine to be usable. any other cape (any lv) its way better for this same reason...
