From experience make your alts band leaders. Do not let random people have access to an entire band because when they don't like something or something goes wrong, they end up taking the band and leaving. Make an alt, get it to level 30, do the RTD which takes all of 5 seconds and have your alt a band leader. Best of luck. Most people are only in leagues nowadays for buff.
Hmm with this version of 9Dragons, its not difficult to create a Hero Band. Only requires two character in same sect/clan/school and either of them needs to be OC1 with the RTE Way of the hero completed. Doesn't require 5 people anymore.
Fair enough, I wrote that in a bit of a hurry but what I'm saying is make your alt characters the band leaders so in the event of some sort of disagreement, people do not leave and take the band.
