This typically means that these files might have been missing upon download or update. Always check your Windows Security> Virus Protection > Protection History to check if any files from TwelveSky2 Folder as it could have been also delted by the program or anti-virus software. If you already re-installed you have to make sure that you completely deleted the previous install so all the files will be restored on the next install

Steps you could try (u might have tried some of those allready): 1. Check Win Firewall/Defender exceptions 2. Update your OS 3. Update your DirectX driver 4. Update your GPU driver 5. Run Game as Admin
Stil cant fix it Maybe i do not alow to play this RedFox TwelveSky, because i played the other TwelveSky and do not have any problem at all
