Hybrid skills with strange description

Guys, does anybody know what these two skills do:

 

The Girl Summoning is part of the newer SF skills, I think it restores 50% of your possession.

 

Buddha state = Rage maybe? Don't know...

 

That doesn't make sense with the text description as Buddha is nothing to do with Sacred Flower.

 

It has nothing to do with sacred flower since it's based on enemy as the skill says no? Also all clans have it.

 

I don't know what it does then.

 

Both skills are used on a target and so far tested in PvP - they do nothing noticable. In PvE neither. The enemies dont get debuffed, neither their stats decrease.

 

The first one remove the latest buff from you tarhet (for example if he has cast damage buff on is char it will remove it).
the success rate of this buff is really low and I find it useless.

 

Im not certain of this, but I think the second skill (the one that mentions Buddha effect) is to remove invincibility status, such as the nuker skill or the Shaolin mastery
