I'm back to playing after a long time, I play with an HD Nuker, and I saw that they made a balance in all classes, I was without VE, I can't fight for 30 seconds without stopping to meditate, I restarted the stats and I'm researching a build , but there are 499x different builds on the forum and each one says something different. It was with 68 Ess, ending VE all the time, and a build the guy says to leave with 8 Ess, I didn't understand. I wanted to know what the correct status is for Nuker, and at each level where I should place the points. RC12 HD Nuker.
Try tobuy some Ancient Moonlight cloth parts with ve leech ref stats. You can also try buying Golden Castle bead. In Tao, price ranges from 50 - 80kk.

You can literally be HG 9 within an 1hour or 2 during x3 event. So yeah I woulnd't take anything level related into the quotient and rather focus on the stats the items give.
I mean some people are true new players that will go through grinding all the maps like normal. Not everyone wants to speed through 9D.
Leveling up isn't speeding through 9D imo. Getting the equpiments and gears is the real deal. And that thing can't be speed up. Even with money you get only to a certain point. So leveling up takes only 0.001% of the time that you need for the accomplishments that come after. But sure everyone who wants to go that route is free to do so, just don't expect to be able to compete in any pvp related things the next 5 years.
