As an alternative solution, You can try going to that green part of the mountain (shown coordinates in the screenshot) and move around your cursor to find the spot and you'll be able to enter the map.
Hi, from my character resource and create lists, it's so much different from your update information. There are many missing event items for both resource and create. For example, for Wan Daye resource, I see nothing like you mentioned. Other related NPCs, they have some event items in the list above, but still missing much. I am asking because I've killed lots of event blazing mobs and there is nothing dropped.
