For the past 3+ days I have not been able to log 1 alt (CheKong); was LF'ing to GCM when I was DC'ed, and since have not been able to log the one alt. I can log the rest of my alts, and other accounts, but each time I chose CheKong 9DLauncher closes. Obviously I can not use the 'Escape' function... My ticket has not been replied to as of yet, so...
you're not alone Che, I transferred all gears to my noobs acc to run GCM for levelling and farming books ... After DCed, I have been trying to log in but couldn't, sent the ticket and sitting there for like 3 days but still no reply from any GMs. Feel like they don't care to players anymore.
Knowing others are suffering with the same problem (lack of RF support) doesn't make me feel better =( It truly saddens me when regarding the state of 9D. No point starting/leveling a Tao character since RF is ignoring all equally. I bet RF would respond immediately if i had issues buying CC/IM items!
4days passed and no1 is responding to my ticket. Is any problem with the staff? My character is stuck cuz of a file error from xkernell
RF please fix Hangzhou map. my main char stucked there and i cant log always error. but when i log other char on the same acc all is good. only on this map..
