Game is crashing

What’s going on y’all this is Gajeel, currently trying to play rumble fighter but I am running into a major problem. I create a Nhaa room but every time I start the match with everyone there it keeps crashing. Is this due to the new update? Help I need answers.

Does this happen after you've started the game in the loading screen?

 

i have the same issue, it happens when i try to go into training or regular matches.
