From there, set your route for Ine and stay on the move rather than stopping to inspect every part of the shoreline. The town is a useful landmark because it puts you close to the roads leading towards the northeastern coast. After passing through the area, look for the dirt tracks that run away from the main roads. They may not look like the quickest option at first, but they lead towards the beach without forcing you into a long loop around the region. A fast car helps, although you don't need anything specially tuned for off-road driving. Even a standard road car should manage the route without much trouble. The Treasure Chest is on the sandy peninsula at the far northeastern tip of the map, rather than near the more populated parts of the coastline. This is where many players lose time. They reach the general area, see several beaches, and start searching in the wrong direction. Stay on the northeastern line and watch for the white-and-blue marker close to the beach. The chest itself can blend into the surroundings, especially if you approach from the inland side, so slow down when you reach the sand and scan the area properly.
