Hey Dragons! Long time no see. I decided to revisit the game and made complete new account/char that I will play purely as a F2P. While doing this I decided to make a series on YT showing beginner stuff since there seem to be questions on the forums about it from time to time. Now keep in mind that this is from a F2P perspective only and I basically wanted to enjoy the game at a slower pace, so don't start giving advice to just buy BSS and get plvled. Well here's the first video.
Nice to see someone doing a true F2P run again slope 2 Beginner-focused content is definitely needed, especially with how confusing early progression can be now. Appreciate you taking it slow instead of the usual “just swipe or get stomped” advice. Watched the first video—good start. Nice idea for a series! What made you decide to come back to the game, and what’s the first big F2P goal you’re working toward?
I came back at a very bad time actually, right after this is got a job in a different city so I had to move and was swamped with work until recently. But anyway my first goals for f2p was reached quite fast, since I wanted to get a set of relics that would allow me to farm KL for weapon boxes. The cheapest relic set you can get are the 4 part black dragon set that came with chapter 9 of the blood of iron quest. 4 of them gives you a very good boost for item drop rate and they were 100m each when I bought them, now you can get them for 30-50m each. And with the current event relics you have almost 200% item drop rate. I farmed about 3b gold during the time I played and bought boxes from others and profited about 20-50mil each stack. I did that until I got 8-9b and bought myself seowang5 set and I managed to craft myself a +15 dark bracers and 4.5k ck damage ornies. Now my goal is to get IS2 for another relics slot, but that will take some time since I work full time and have other games that I play also.
