Incase you want proof here it is , me myself can't make 120% enchant after creating lvl 1 char. Check your logs im pretty sure you got it. IP ban him if possible or you guys are lazy and waiting for $$$$$$$ there's nothing to do since it's still pandemic make yourself worth of those $$$$$$

I am calling the attention of game masters (GM) and Developers for this kind of dumb bug hacks issue. again and again. we are tired of this unfair system. we a lot of players spending money, not only a piece of money but a BUNCH of money. Can you please fix this kind of hacking issue?? or else this server will gone soon. That would affects lot of players and also you guys will lost job. Like how can a player do this kind of success rate in just less than 3 seconds? this is disgusting. this is insane. you say that you cannot do anything about this? then how can the game fair to all players if these idiot hackers/cheaters kept on doing a cheating/hacking tricks? can you please just ban their IP ADDRESS??? Because u've said that you couldnt do it. BUT WE KNOW YOU CAN. Dont be lazy, please be fair to us. This is a proof. You know even if you ban their accts. they can just easily make one. lets just be professional. Please.
What does your [GM] status title stand for anyway? There isn't any active GM's that you can see "IN-GAME", take note "IN-GAME". Aren't you guys supposed to login and monitor/see such activities happening in-game? Try to be useful just for a day and see for yourself about the things "we" players report not just by simply replying on posts. Hope you guys isn't just waiting for payday to come in, eh?
Support team have already taken some action towards these reports. The team have been in game monitoring to check in the specific maps we also have collected several evidence in the process an will continue to gather them as much as we can and take action.
