[EVENT] Niffelheim Silver Armor Event

So it turns out that the counter freezes if you don't finish it entirely on one day OR if you don't log out at 11:59pm PST when the next day rolls over. On the other hand, the counter will visually unfreeze if you log in on a new day and don't do any of the conditions for the counter at all. I could still be wrong but I've tested and replicated the results more than twice.
Basically, don't try on a day if you're not confident you can finish the 30/30 for either, as you must do both. If you do run into the problem, log in after waking up and immediately log out. The next day it should be fixed.

According to a help ticket, their database records properly regardless of the counter visually working. Always be safe rather than sorry if you want a reward from these kinds of events though; take screenshots and send calm support tickets with thorough explanations once a week at most.
Or better yet! play a game that doesn't make you put up with this nonsense

There have been days where I haven't completed the 30/30 or logged out before the day ended and my event counters always reset. My event counter has never froze at all, for any event. I have gotten all of the prizes minus the Top, Bottoms, Gloves and Shoes as I know I did not meet the requirements.

I believe this is an account issue for those that do not play actual full games often enough. (Not just not logging in often enough)

 

Still no word about the missing prizes?

 

This reminds me of that one time during the winter gifting event where they didnt give out boxes and we had to wait like 2 weeks or so to get our boxes lmao cmon redfox get it together
