If you did not receive the gift but you were online at approximately one of the times, send in a ticket and our support team will verify it for you. A grace period of 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time will be offered should you be randomly disconnected or did not receive the prize. Items missed due to intentional server downtime (i.e. maintenance) will likely not be compensated. However, if issues occur during event period due to other issues, we will investigate and consider compensation. Known Issue: We are aware the 6/15/2022 (9:00 AM PDT) Metatron Box - Vermilion Phoenix was not distributed to players logged in during that time.
