This type or error is typically due to a missing file upon installation might be due to Windows Security/Firewall or Anti-virus software blocking or deleting a file as a false positive read. Please check your Windows Security> Virus Protection > Protection History to check if any files from TwelveSky2 Folder have been quarantined or deleted. Make sure its a file from TwelveSky2 Folder. You may have to re-install again to get the files on it's original state if corrupted or deleted Windows Security
