NOTICE Enforcement Update and Voluntary Disclosure

Anti-Cheating Notice: Zero Tolerance Policy (AI-Assisted Enforcement)
We are currently using an AI-assisted system that performs daily analysis of player activity, including (but not limited to) item changes, EXP and level progression, Carat balances, playtime, IP information, gifting history, related accounts, and overall gameplay patterns. This system generates a list of accounts flagged for potential violations. While reviewing these cases takes time, the system has been working effectively.

Recently, we have permanently banned over 100 accounts through this process, including a significant number of long-term players.

Going forward, we will enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any hacking or behavior that compromises fair play. We also want to make it clear that accounts not yet identified are still being investigated, and we are confident they will be found through ongoing analysis.

Voluntary Disclosure Opportunity
As an opportunity to resolve cases proactively, we will not issue a ban if you:

1. report item hacking methods or tools, or
   
   
2. voluntarily come forward before we take enforcement action, and cooperate with us to recover hacked items.

This is being offered because our AI enforcement is still in its early stages, and voluntary cooperation helps improve detection accuracy and strengthen our systems.

[WARNING] Do NOT Accept Gifts from Hackers
Do NOT accept any items gifted from hackers under any circumstances.
Receiving hacked items through gifting is considered a serious violation and will result in a ban.

We have already identified a significant number of accounts involved in such activity.

Final Notice – Voluntary Disclosure
If you have received items from hackers, you must come forward before enforcement action is taken.
In these cases only, we will recover the items without issuing a ban.

Once enforcement begins, no exceptions will be made.
