Enchantment Event Rules: Enchantment counted towards the event will only apply with the following gemstones: Ruby of Power (+10) Obsidian of Defense (+10) Tanzanite of Mana (+120) Gemstones' must start from +1/+12 or +2/+24. Grand Prizes are cumulative. For example, if you successfully enchanted 2 Gems to the required threshold, you will be eligible to select one prize from both "Enchant 1 Gem" and "Enchant 2 Gems" tiers. Any additional gemstones successfully enchanted after the second one will not warrant any prizes, unless there is an indication of such (most gems enchanted). At the end of the event, your gem must remain at +10 or +120. Any changes to it afterwards will result in a disqualification. The event will only count gems that remain +10 or +120 until the end of the event. You cannot hit +10, downgrade, then hit +10 again. This will only count as ONE +10 gemstone. Players are allowed to socket in their newly created gem. A staff member will personally send you an email to redeem your available prizes, so please do not send in a ticket requesting your Grand Prize. In the event of a tie for Most Gems Enchanted, the player who enchanted the last gem first (based on date and time) will be the winner. Since Kuroko set is unisex, is it possible for you to combine both female and male Poseidon set as one prize? These have been the same prizes for the last 3 years...
Unfortunately, there are no plans to combine both sets at this time. Although, we will take your feedback into consideration.
its been 3yrs if you guys wanted to combine them by now you wouldve no need to lie to players just to make it seem like you actually take their feedback into consideration you guys lie more than a chick cheating
Enchantment e-mails will be delayed as we continue to look into the server instability situation. Furthermore, we understand that many players were unable to enchant for the majority of the event. Do note that our top priority is to ensure players are able to play the game, so the event will not be extended. When the issue is resolved, we will be holding another enchantment event in the near future.
