EVENT Drowsy Autumn Spenders (Updated: 10/3/2026)

CM's Note:
This is the second spenders event under the new format. As mentioned previously, this spender will be smaller in size, however we've made the rewards of the carat tiers more condensed in terms of rewards as the milestones are more distant from one another.

For the highest tier of carat spenders, we've included the rare Cornchip Gauntlet ExoCore as well as the old Telos scroll. While it may be surprising that the earning requirement is higher compared to the first two tiers, it is proportionate to the rarity of the retro skill items - alongside a chance at two permanent skill items. Achieving this tier also rewards ten Thanksgiving Boxes, which is an item that rewards various carat coupons at a certain set chance and serves as a small carat rebate that players can use to kickstart the next carat spenders event's spending requirement.

As for the RC tiers, the spending requirement ceiling is lower than the usual amount during the spenders event, so lighter spenders should be able to participate more freely this time around.

  • After careful examination, we have decided to reduce the earned carats requirement from 50,000 to 45,000 Carats.

Earned Carats will only be counted from the following scenarios:

• [✗] Gifted Items
• Earned carats will qualify even if the "Spending Carats" was completed first.

Spenders Rules:

• All items are permanent unless stated otherwise.
• Only RedFox Credits and Carats spent or earned during the event period will count towards the rewards. RC and Carats spent before and after the time frame will not qualify towards the event.
• All prizes are tiered, meaning if you reach the highest tier, you will get all the below tiers as well.
• All prizes will be permanent unless stated otherwise.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep track of how much Carats & RC that they have spent and earned.
• Prizes will go to the account where the RedFox Credits and Carats are spent and earned.
• You may gift items to meet your Carat & RC spending tier, but gifting items has limitations. Please ensure that you read over the list of items that won't be counted.
• RC that have been used to gift another user will only have their spending amount applied to the original purchaser. For example if you gifted a 1,050 RC item, only the sender will have 1,050 RC applied towards this event, NOT the receiver.
• If you did not receive your prizes but spent/earned the correct or above amount of necessary RC and Carats, please submit a ticket and your account will be manually investigated. Once cleared, you will receive your items. If found suspicious, your account will be barred from receiving any prizes.

It is an old item that has a chance to reward useful items and pouch items.

 

While I think this event is overall quite good, I feel like you guys have put the cart before the horse here.

The event looks to be fairly rewarding, but the game client itself is unreliable. I cannot reliably open the game on Windows 11, and so far my support ticket has resulted in a request for more information (which I provided) but little in the way of a solution. With the client in its current state, the event is difficult to enjoy because you can't reliably enter the game in the first place. It frequently gets stuck on a black screen after the ram running animation.

What's particularly frustrating is that there doesn't seem to be a consistent workaround. Sometimes turning a VPN on and off gets me in, and sometimes it doesn't. Since there's no reliable fix, it's very difficult to engage with the event at all when simply launching the game is unreliable.

It's essentially like setting up a great event at a community center, only to have the entrance lock half the time. No matter how good the event is inside, it doesn't matter much if people can't reliably get through the door.

I'd really like to be able to enjoy the event, but I think addressing the client reliability issues should take priority so that players can actually participate consistently.

It's funny how the things you removed from people being able to gift are the items they resell to make back some of the carats spent.
If only you guys were this hard on hackers and people selling players information through your game.

UPDATE: I was able to find a workaround for the game being stuck on the black screen in Windows 11.

When opening RF from Steam, DO NOT maximize the Window. It will open in the background. Leave it running, do not click on it until you hear the sound of the robot dancing. I've tried this multiple times and it seems like it works.

Great spenders, beautiful spenders. Two question, how do i track if i made 50k carats and two did we do the math on how much carats we get from "Carat earned from Battle/Rumble/Boss Mode (excludes Boss Mode Chests)". Even with black dragon and assuming you somehow win 300 carats a game (switch would require you win 1st in most games) it would take 166 games. Or am i tweaking. No hate just genuine questions.

 

1. You will have to track the carats earned manually. I suggest taking a screenshot of your carats at the beginning of the spenders period so you can see how much you've earned so far. Also please note that selling carat coupons do NOT count as carats "earned", so watch out for that.

2. Seems like the carats earned for the tiers are "proportionate to the rarity of the retro skill items". Fang also mentioned that the GM/CM team used data from the last spender's carats earned as a datapoint in determining the earned carats for this spenders (source: https://forums.playredfox.com/index.php?threads/a-sharp-fangs-tenacious-report-vol-2.60349/). But, with that being said, there are players that argue that the 50k carats earned tier is too much. If you have any feedback on the carats earned, please share your feedback based off of your personal experience playing the game and earning the carats. For example, if you think that it is too much to be earned for an average player due to XYZ, or due to the time not being long enough, etc, please voice it out here with as much detail as possible so the GM/CM team can take your feedback for the next spenders.

 

Okay so after looking at that link. I am even more confused on why the carats earned are so high. the average player only earns 13,132 carats. which barely clears tier 1. Tier 3 (i saw the change to it) is 3.4 times more than what the average player earns. As a casual player myself, it make it very hard for me to do in such short time. Can't speak on other players but the with those numbers it makes 80% of the player place in a similar position such as myself. Now if I was going to change the tier 1-3 (not to overstep of course) and still make everything feel hard and rewarding to each players.

  my reasoning for each tier; Tier 1 at 50k spend and 7.5k earn it allows most causal player to get without overly grinding for it. (keep in mind 13,132 carats was the average earned). Tier 2 at 120k spend and 18k earn it allows people who actually want this grind for it but at a healthier rate (keep in mind it is 37% above the avg player earning). Finally Tier 3 at 250k or 300k spend and 35k earn it allows the actually dedicated but also casual player to grind for not so impossible goal but also keep it high enough that it doesnt just feel like you're handing out OG rares and rewards of that level. ( keep in mind it was literally 3.4x higher than the avg carats earned). Dont know if anyone will read this but like i said no hate no shade just my honest opinion from the player perspective.

Also, apparently Carat T3 was originally 75k, but then got lowered to 50k upon spenders release (and now its 45k)

 

Question about the RC prizes. Why are we receiving Noob Shirt White (M/F) when it is in the store for carats?
