    So when it does transfer are we going to have to re-download the game and are the servers going to be better and are the scrolls going to change

    When the transfers are done we will have to re-download the game, the servers will be the same, but EU will most likely have their own servers, scrolls will stay the same.

    2. The servers will always never get better.

    3. The scrolls are same shet nothing new.
