GM, "a lot of Exp" says little. Could you be more specific, for example comparing this item to basic food f/e at level 100? Lets say "Crimson Jade at level 100 gives 5% exp, but Crimson Witch Plate at the same level gives X %"? Comparing the prices (3920: 320) would work out X= 61,25, and at such a price it is crazy. All we can tell you is that the Crimson Witch Plate is meant for alot of a higher level than 100. At level 100 we suggest using the tier 2 Comrade item, which will give you anywhere between 30% and 100%. I probably wouldn't use the Crimson Witch Plate until 7-800 at least.
