The Cape event is technically over because you will not be able to pick up any more capes. You will have until July 9 (next maintenance) to upgrade to +5 or higher. This summer, players will get the opportunity to wear the newest fashion accessory, Capes! Any Player over Level 50 will be able to wear the Black Capes and get extra stats. In order to keep these accessories all year long, players will need to upgrade their Black Cape to +5 with Chaos Talics or change it to a Gold Cape before the event ends. But wait, there's more! If Black isn't your color, you can exchange your +5 Black Cape for a Golden Cape! These Golden Capes will have double the stats of the Black version, but will start at +3 Chaos Talics after it is exchanged. Black Capes that are +5 or any Gold Cape will remain after the Event is over, but +4 or less Black Capes will be removed. EVENT DURATION: Start: June 19, 2019 End: July 2 Server Maintenance SPAWN TIMES: Beacon Beacons will spawn every 8 Hours, outside each race's HQ, at 2:00, 10:00, 18:00 PST. Players will be able to get Black Capes of Guts/Glory with a random number of sockets. SPAWN LOCATIONS: Beacons will spawn outside of each race’s HQ. This event is all well and good but i play Cora on Pegasus server we have very few active players. I started playing just over 2 weeks ago and we have not even won a single CW as Bells and Acc are allied and attack are chip every CW and have many more players and much higher than the few we have. So you say we need chaos talics to upgrade? well that aint happening on Cora side as we have no means to acquire the talics needed other than getting lucky from daily quest ore.

I hope you all are aware of the fact you need to spend about 200-500$ in mats and especially T6 gems to get the cape to +5. You all seem to be very excited lol.
You don't need to spend that much... in fact, the cape doesnt add anything special but 10% atk and 0.5 moving speed. You can get that by other means
If you think that, in addition to other means, you will have + 10% atack and 0.5 speed ... is not that better? What will replace these cover effects? It's little, but it's relevant! hell yeah, gm. i mean, look its our item anyways. we decide which char we would want it to equip. make jetpack to be able to put in storage. its our item afteall!!!!
also free up a space in bag. that one reason hold me up from getting the cape, because i dont want carry 2 thing, my bag already full of stuff.... either gold jetpack in bank or cape in bank, i dont want carry both at same time. -King-
