Been about an hour now that I can't log on (neither Tao nor Yin). Refreshed server list, restarted game, restarted computer, etc etc. Edit: More info for who needs: I log in and the counter goes all the way to 0, then says, "Could not connect to the login server. Please read the notice." Both servers show in the list, but failure on attempt on both servers.
Please fix the game I was on and I could not open to get my daily gift and the game crashed now I cant log in please hurry and fix it.
Will we be getting any compensation for all of this down time last time this happen I miss a whole day
I only get a few hours to play at night. The servers were up and yet down the whole night and still is not letting people in and during an event no less. And it's the same time for me 6am. If they hard some people on for a problem like this it would never happen. Just think about all the letters people missed because of this and for people like me who have a limited amount of time to play.
Calm down guys they are sleeping its 6am for them right now and they start working at 10-11am so just wait.
this thread has 6 hours and no gm looking at. we all have this problem, we cant play when the event is up.. GM can you pls tell us what happen? Fast please.
