A game crash happened suddenly in Hefei as usual. I locked the game and tried to open it again but failed. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it and i also get an x-kernel error message. I Deleted everything related to the game from my laptop and downloaded the downloader again from the game site and then download the whole game and the same problem persists. Note that; I closed the antivirus and firewall.
