Can't log in sever

    Can't log in sever , send ticket but GM not support . Why ???

    Same issue. Unable to login after my new char Entered the Tibet Map. 3x event is lost.

    is there any support can explain this situation?
    I have re-install the game twice, but the same redbar.
    anyone have this problem too?
