   Yes, Redfox has the ability to cancel a transfer so you can transfer your account with a new email. That being said, you'll first have to prove you are the original owner.

   Contact your email provider, and get your email account back. If your email is used for other things, you'd better get it back or get the account closed. If you happen to retrieve your email, two step everything. Don't have text messaging? Have them call you for verification codes. Don't have a phone? Have them send verification emails to another trusted email.
