You don't answer or finalize TICKETS. The YIN server is bankrupt of players, and when we open a ticket to exchange a FEMALE item for a MALE one because there aren't enough players on the server, you come up with excuses that you can't help. The customer service and support from REDFOX GAME in general is deplorable. Sometimes I insist on having faith in your goodwill, transparency, and honesty... but it's getting harder and harder. Come on, spend 5 thousand dollars on BSS, you suckers, to open BSS boxes and receive untradable ROLE PILLS and BUFF PILLS that go to waste.

Not much Complaining, anything extra to the normal everyday gaming its ok, but i feel like pretty much most of the events this days are two words "Gambling Free" or "Purchased Gambling", i would love to see more farming events, because gambling will only work for a small percentage of players but we all spend our time on the game. Also if possible add a middle tier between hard and normal things because usually Gambling hard gives a small chance to a usefull item, but normal gambling dungeons never give you something to get closer to beat the hard modes. The pet is usefull but even having 10 pets of those wont give you the chance to play the hard modes, we need something in the middle that we can beat with higher difficulty but that gives us the tools to get higher in the game. Make an event for people to farm the tools they need to the end game, and please change the monthly rewards xD or make an option to choose between a few things, because the only usefull one is the warehouse extension, everything else is just useless. Even daily rewards are better than most monthly rewards. Since i have never came to post to the forums seems like i joined today LMAO xD, anyway thanks for adding some content.
Doesnt work like that xD sadly, pretty much the resume is that you cannot get anything good without spending real money. All you will achieve with this comment will be responses from players that already have all they need telling you that you are not good enough and that you need to spend 10k hours on getting gold on kunlun to trade that for bss and then trade that for 1 or 2 items worth. And then you can repeat another 10k hours xD. And dont worry if they do not respond be sure they think that way. Just dont try to get to the top bro, not worth in time or money. Do low level content, spend 1 hour or 2 hours in the game like a normal human being xD. Do not purchase bss at the price of AAA videogames just to distribute it on hungry old players, And be happy.
I wanna know what's up with the complete and utter disregard for clarity of item descriptions for relics, decos, and pets that are released for events. Putting aside that this event appears to just be a copy/paste, the entire post itself with again, the lack of item descriptions, for whatever reason seems to be a very nasty habit. It's been complained about before, and will continue to be the forefront of complaints until these habits change, which at this point I doubt they ever will. It's not the player's responsibility to have to come into these forums and post descriptions for the items being gambled for.

Yea @[CM]NineArts this has been happening since you guys opened the servers RIGHT after patch and one question is what boxes increased in mats and what mats are increased Rates for the material items inside the Blood of Iron Dungeon Boxes have been increased.
Yeah, we apologize for not catching this sooner . I'll add that information to the patch notes momentarily, but it's the secret scroll items that let you create and upgrade the Blood of Iron relic that you can get from the Blood of Iron dungeon reward boxes.
Can't play today because of DC and can't complete the 20 mobs for 1 golden token. We understand you're fixing the issue now, but maybe you can compensate us and give 1 golden token for today's issue? Thanks
