Just turn off the bell component at this point. it's bugged more often than not. it feels like a joke on the people actually wasting their time participating
Here is example how support is working and what kind of people sit in support. All arc of iron blood bugged as hell i made ticket 2 weeks ago send exactly photo to them. Get answer what them do it in 1-3 working days ok is take triple time longer... but not for answer like this for sure. Now i understand this people who quit this game i have also no more believing in this game. Good luck, maybe this post change something before i quit.
