I'm playing a warrior and my last active has a bleed effect. It's only for 1000 every 3 seconds for 9 seconds at c10 though, and I have a hard time believing that's worth anything given how people are rolling around with hundreds of thousands to millions of hp. Am I right in thinking that, or am I not understanding how bleed works? On that note, what are good warrior active additional effects?
If you are contemplating buying it and haven't because you don't have enough clan contribution then don't worry about that. Donate some blood essence which is valueless now and you will have a ton of clan points. You should buy and try all the skills see which you like to use against mobs. For actives at a certain point with your relics and gear you will be doing max capped damage every hit so it doesn't matter which you chose. If you are in Qindao for example as a warrior if all your actives hit for max damage you will use the active that eats the least amount of vital energy because in QD there is VE drain. So you are not popping eternal mushrooms every few minutes or mediating. I bolded mobs because against players the effects are useless. GMs/Devs messed up PvP in this game where everyone dies in one hit since everyone can do max damage with relics.
That's kinda the vibe I was getting, but thanks for the confirmation. Also good to know about QD, as I haven't gotten there yet. It's funny you mention blood essence though, as I've been compulsively hoarding it since I got back. Old habits die hard.
That's why I said it cause old Acclaim players horde Blood essence thinking it's useful. It's not lol.
