Bag 3 and 4 slots

Hi GM,

I’m experiencing an issue where I can’t place bags in slots 1 and 2 for two of my characters on the same account. Only the slots for bags 3 and 4 are available.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or is this normal?

Any form of info regarding this will be appreciated.
Already sent ticket last week but nil update though.

 

IF they are event (current, or maybe previous event); some event bags were incorrectly labeled (example" bag 1 should have been 3, and 2 should have been 4).

Please, try dragging accordingly (1 --> 3 & 2 -->4) ...

that's all my shriveled grey prune can come-up with
