The other week I received a random box that rewarded me Stinger(30days). It was named something that I cannot recall but it showed up randomly on my account. I'm wondering if this could be causing the issues I am having on my account. If not, what could the box have possibly been rewarded to me for because there was no conversation has about reimbursing me for the days lost due to the issues I was having regarding the tickets I submitted.
