Hello everyone, We have developed an internal tool to detect hacking, and it is now actively identifying players involved—even under the most minimal or borderline conditions. So far, we’ve found an unexpectedly large number of accounts and have already issued bans. As you know, any account that attempts or uses hacks will be permanently banned. Even if hacking is done through an alternate account, we may still be able to identify and ban the associated main account using various data points. From now on, our system will continue to automatically detect and ban hackers on a regular basis until none remain. Even if an account is not detected immediately, our detection capabilities will continue to improve through AI-based learning, and we will eventually identify it. If you do not want to lose your account, we strongly urge you to never attempt hacking under any circumstances. Additionally, users who repeatedly create new accounts to test hacks or engage in spamming will also be banned. Please also note: we will not respond to any tickets related to hacking bans or these enforcement actions, under any circumstances. This is a necessary measure, and we are reiterating it for clarity. We are committed to building a fair and healthy game environment, and we promise to enforce these policies with strict, consistent action. We also welcome reports of suspicious accounts or suspected hackers—these reports are extremely helpful in improving our detection systems (including AI-based learning). I get the need to harshly enforce bans upon those hacking items. However, when I read "Please also note: we will not respond to any tickets related to hacking bans or these enforcement actions, under any circumstances. This is a necessary measure, and we are reiterating it for clarity." The first thing I thought about is what if a hacker just gifts a bunch of people hacked items randomly without them requesting it and your AI or system your using bans that person? Shouldn't there be an avenue to look into that?
These guys have time to create hack detector.. wow just won Big Show Poo! well done guys!! instead, why dont you guys use that time to create good content for this game and make this game better. bruh interesting
how many billable hours were spent on this as opposed to actually addressing the root cause of the issue (RF tech stack is severely outdated)

I can guarantee y'all won't do nothing.. The hackers are literally the ones keeping your game afloat cuhz the rest of use left or just rarely even login 5x a year.. You fools already killed the game with inconsistent events, handling of hackers, and etc.. You might as well just let the game die off.. Not like the smart players were putting money into their accs.. They stopped that years ago.. Only ppl still buying anything are the ppl who have nothing and still want that thrilling feeling of getting a "rare" item.. Which nothing is rare considering you guys do box rotation "updates" only.. If y0ou wanna use that AI for better uses then use it to write all y'all resignation letters.. So you don't have to waste your time doing it..

"fairness" It isnt that, you just dont want anyone to mess with your 5 people source of income lol. Y'all dont even care about this game yall just milking the last few people throwing dollars into the abyss.
Game hasnt had meaning in so long. Same events, same items, same everything. We will get zero updates for the game but you make sure that theres boxes in the shop. Wish yall did us a favor a long time ago and sold this to a company where adults actually run it lol

Though in order for this to work best, you will need to provide constructive criticism, noting down what needs to be improved, and maybe suggesting some ideas that you have in your mind that could make these things better. We need to provide the GMs another perspective when looking into these things, a perspective that maybe they havent thought about before.
You're right theres alot of feedback already on forums, but its unclear on whether GMs seen those or not. I think its better if we link everything in that one thread so GMs have visibility and clear feedback all laid out for them cleanly to look at
