Always same armor ?

    Hi ! Just started ts2 and i was wondering , Why does in the character selection menu i have a type of armor on me and then in game its a different one ? And why does everybody in the faction has the same armor ? Is there a way to see my real armor or ?

    Most armors/gear should show up on the character unless you are wearing a costume accessory piece

    When you're in game, hit "Escape". There is an option called "War Mode" Disable this to see the armor everyone is actually wearing.
