Already applied for transfer but still no email confirmation.Pls. assist. thanks

    To GMs and staff.

    I have transferred my accounts, all went successful and received confirmation emails except for this account. Can you resend a confirmation email? or what's should be my next step? thanks

    Me too, i got the same issue, i dont received any confirmation emails, ive transfer it last Feb 6-7 2016,. thats why i dont know if i successfully transfer all of my account :( thanks.... pls reply ASAP :)

    If you guys uses gmail like I do you need to request a resend and then go to spam in gmail.
    Worked for me

    I thought it was natural after transferring 4 accounts and I haven't receive any confirmation letter :eek::eek::eek:

    I didn't receive any confirmation by mail either (though I did get the "confirm your account" email).
    What you can do is click again on the "transfer account" link, it will display the name of the account you asked for transfer, if it already succeeded. Else it will be the transfer form.

    Yeah I already saw this after I transferred. Its just that based on Sysco's post, I thought that there will be another mail after successfully transferring our account.

    @Bacon, you do get another mail after you've successfully transferred your account o.o

    Hello XXXXX,

    This email confirms that you have applied to transfer your GamesCampus account, XXXXX, to RedFox Games.

    The RF Online servers at GamesCampus will shut down on February 23, 2016 at 22:00 PST. All EXP, currency, and items earned until this date/time will be transferred. The game will re-open on RedFox's servers on February 24, 2016 at 18:00 PST. During this time, your GamesCampus account will transfer to RedFox.

    If i dont get confirmation email but i get tihs "Your account has already successfully submitted a transfer request." when i log my redfox email,. is my account safe??,. thanksss
