    Hello Fighters,

We would like to shed some light in regards to recent concerns amongst the community and is our commitment to being more transparent.

    Regarding Fisticuffs:
    • Fisticuffs event cancellations are not communicated beforehand.
      • Please note that Fisticuffs event cancellations are due to last minute emergencies, such as your Community Advisors being unavailable due to an unexpected family or internet issues. Therefore, it's not possible to communicate "beforehand". We will do our best to communicate any cancellations before the event's starting time, and we will compensate for missed events by rescheduling the event for the week afterwards, or increased duration time during the next Fisticuffs that is ran.
      • In regards to long periods of event downtime, here are the reasonings for event cancellation.
        • January 2025: Due to weather conditions in the city of where RedFox Games' is headquartered, some of our team was sent home to be with their families in the event of any emergencies and/or evacuations.
        • April/May 2025: Staff member was hit by a vehicle on the way home, therefore they were sidelined for a couple of weeks for recovery and another staff member was on travel due to family related matters, which were both part of handling community events & notices.
        • July/August 2025: Due to harassment of some of our Community Advisors and ongoing tensions due a certain player's recent ban(s), the community team decided that it was not a good idea to host Fisticuffs during that time.
    • Fisticuffs being changed to bi-weekly instead of weekly, but there is still some event downtime here and there.
      • Fisticuffs was changed to a bi-weekly event schedule primarily as Community Advisors' personal schedules were modified, but downtime was due to Fisticuffs set failing to send.
    Regarding Events:
    • For the last few events, the event appeared late for posting.
      • For spenders, the event was posted late but spending was still counted for the weekend prior. This is part of a new test that we are trying out by getting more of our Community Advisors involved. Your Community Advisors helped plan out part of the event, and another Community Advisor had the event thread ready to be posted. Since this required a staff member's approval for posting which aren't typically available on weekends, this was approved on the next business day, but the event was compensated by adding additional days. For example, a spenders event typically lasts for a weekend was instead extended to last until the Friday of the following week, while also retroactively counted spending of that weekend as well. This allowed for more players to experience and take advantage of the spenders event.
    • Spenders event was a repeat of past events' prizes.
      • Unfortunately, some rewards may not appeal to players who already own the item. We will try to take suggestions for the next spenders, from our Community Advisors and from a suggestion thread from a community member on our forums, but we cannot guarantee that they will be executed at the designated/suggested price point.
Regarding our Community Advisors & hacking:
    • One of the Community Advisors was seen with an item that has not been given out before to the public.
      • From time to time, Community Advisors may be granted temporary items to try out. For example, one of our Community Advisors enjoy items that reduce certain stats so that they can play the game in a more challenging way for themselves.
      • Permanent items are given to a Community Advisor as part as one of their perks only once a year for Christmas holidays, which is limited to a only a few items per year. They also get one item for their birthday. Items acquired from these perks are personally approved prior before they are distributed and may include items that weren't seen before by the public. Certain limitations apply and not every item can be acquired from these means.
    • Some members of the community team were found to utilize a hacking tool before.
      • Some hacking instances needed to be patched or analyzed with video footage, which our team internally tested upon request from our developers. Any items, carats and such were removed after testing concluded. After this test, accounts that were suspected of hacking had a soft lock issued on their account which prevented the earning of carats & EXP from gameplay.
      • One of our former Community Advisors were found utilizing the hacking tool without approval and was subsequently removed from the team. They also abused CA account resources for their personal account, which our team removed entirely.
    • How come Community Advisors are found in rooms playing on their CA accounts outside of official events?
      • Community Advisors have the option of playing on their CA accounts from time to time, but they will always respond on our official Discord server to verify it is them. Anyone else who claims to be a Community Advisor but doesn't verify themselves on Discord is a fraud, and can be reported through a support ticket.
    • What's the plan for Rumble Fighter moving forward in 2026?
      • Hacker Eradication Project (HEP)
        • As mentioned in a previous notice by another staff member, we hope to put a stop into hacking so that we can focus more on the things that matter most and not the things that will only set plans backward.
      • Guild System Reorganization
        • We are planning to reopen Guild System by Q2 of 2026. However, our team is looking to not just reopen the system, but reintroduce it in a more modern way that incorporates more of the community. Currently, Guild War is only inclusive of a select elite group of players, but we want to make it more than just that and want to share some notes of what we envision it to be.
        • Guild War will be reintroduced into a <Ranked Mode>, which changes how Guild War will work.
          • Instead of Guild VS Guild with equal number of guild members per team, you'll be able to start matches with members of other guilds through a queue system. The objective is to earn as many Ladder Points (LP) as possible for your guild, and top guilds of a season will be given exclusive rewards. This content will only be planned to operate at certain times, with participation rewards being claimable per week. Of course, you can still gear up with full guilds as well as before.
      • Endless Possibilities in Styling
        • We're thinking of the possibility of introducing a way to make your fighter uniquely you, and we're exploring the thought of a coloring item that allows you to customize a piece of clothing or accessory's color to the way you truly want it color wise. We'll share more details on how we want to approach this in the near future.
      • Community Committee & Discord Moderator Recruitment
        • We're looking to launch a small committee with certain members within our community so that they can get their voice in for a better Rumble Fighter. If you are interested, please contact a Community Advisor or [CM]Fang.
        • We're also recruiting some Discord Moderators for our official Discord channel. If you are interested, please contact a Community Advisor or [CM]Fang of your interest!
        • Please note that you can apply for both committee member and moderator, but please note that there will be no additional in-game player perks available at this time.
Thank you for your continued support in Rumble Fighter at RedFox Games, and we will be happy to address further concerns if players have them down below.

Is there a way to force the game to start training mode first to reduce first load delay?
Are various balance changes relating to damage/ speeding up animations being looked at at any point?

im convinced my mind is being read. was truley thinking abt an overhaul for clothing...eyes and accessoriess exclusive to colour cuztomization. idk much abt the other versions of rf in other regions but 4 me, i appreciate the commitment towards having an identity. also, since guilds are being re-introduced, are we looking towards guild exclusive items? titles... or anything u can think of? have an interesting brainstorm!.(Jesture. or is it Patch?)

Like load into Training Mode before? This was explored long ago by making the game load up in Plaza first, but had stability issues. We'll have to see what can be done, but first load times are fairly quick with a more modern CPU as well. Could you let us know your specific CPU?

Scroll & ExoCore rebalancing sheet has been sent in for review, and mostly affects rare & dash based ExoCores.

The idea inspired when I played another game which had a similar feature, and would be amazing for a game like Rumble Fighter. It would start by only incorporating shop items first.

We actually have a few Guild related titles already that we can use, so those will likely be used first and we'll see how the system goes when it is implemented.

You know, loading into Plaza at the start is WAY different from loading into Training to start.
One is a multiplayer level that crashes if there's too many people in there, while the other is a solo level with two bots in it that doesn't crash very often (if at all.)
Might be worth trying out at least for a week.

Thanks for the update. I was wondering about this, makes sense now. Damages and health related concerns are always bad, wishing for a seedy recovery. I also wanted to noted that not only were the events late, there was no Halloween event or Turkey-Day. Store was not updated with any items Halloween related or anything whole past year. I would like for a refresh to the store front page & bring back some of the older or newer set items and accessories (carats/RC)

We will need to have approval for this. The main problem is that it may cause discrepancies when loading up the events page when you first log into the game.

If I remember correctly, this mode was removed in favor of the Tournament channel during GamesCampus. This is definitely a suggestion we can look into later on.

Regrettably, this year's Halloween events only included a spenders and Thanksgiving included a playtime event. We're aware that folks were expecting some of their favorite outfits & items to return to the store or events and this was a decision by the developers this year. We will do our best to make Halloween & Thanksgiving next year more memorable.

This is part of why we want to launch the committee as we see the opportunity on looking onto a fresh perspective of others.

Hi [CM]Fang, I appreciate that you're answering everyones questions and concerns in this thread. One question here. When you say "this was a decision by the developers this year", are you allowed to share with us what the reason for their decision was? Because I cant think of any reasons of why the devs would think that restricting these outfits and fashion that comes only once every year would have a net positive effect.

If I had to guess, maybe its due to one of the following reasons:
    • priority was focused elsewhere (ie. maybe making the halloween box 2025), such that there was not enough time for them to make the file adjustments to release these outfits/sets to the public this year
    • maybe devs purposely did not release these outfits/sets to the public this year in preperation for something bigger that's going to be released soon?
    • Devs had planned on making some changes to these outfit/sets (ie. price changes, etc) but did not get the time to do this, so they withheld the outfits and sets this year and decided to not release them
But it just seems unreasonable from a profit perspective and a user experience of why they would not release outfits and sets that would be released only once a year. People come and go in this game all the time, and if one were to come back from a long hiatus this year to Rumble fighter, only to find out that their favorite Halloween/black friday sets would not be released this year, then that would leave a bad taste to those players, and possibly turning them away from the game.

I appreciate your efforts in ensuring that the next Halloween + thanksgiving would be a more memorable one, but the reality is that a one year wait time (waiting for next halloween/thanksgiving) is a HUGE turn around time, and the average player of any game most likely will take a break or quit the game before that 1 year is up. That means missing the outfits/sets this year may leave a very bad taste to some players because they simply do not have the time to wait for next year to get it. They would have either moved on to another game, or some life constraints that will cause them to not be able to play anymore.

[Edit 12/11/2025]: I was thinking about this more and I just had to put this in.
Why is it that WE have to be penalized and wait for a whole year due to the dev’s poor judgement of deciding not to release fashion sets this year - a decision that probably isn’t backed up by data and player needs?

In other games where there’s a trade system, it isn’t AS impactful since you can get a chance to buy the items from other players, but this game is SOLEY dependent on the items being released in shop and not obtainable ANYWHERE else and ANYTIME else. And the fact that we are unable to obtain it this year and have to wait a whole year is just mind boggling , to have to wait 2 years to get some desired fashion.

To put into perspective, 2 years is the same amount of time as some masters degree programs.
2 years is half the duration of Highschool. Of college.
2 years is the the average time a person stays at a workplace before switching companies.

The lapse of judgement here is incredibly concerning

    Questions:

    • How can we ensure that the community won't experience such a negative experience again?
    • Would it be possible to release these sets throughout the year and not be bound by halloween/thanksgiving time?
    • I understand that your team may not have the power to resolve this issue due to the decision being up to the devs - if this is the case, what can we do in order to push for this? gather a list of complains from the community and show these to the devs?

Would creating something like a wager mode where people can bet a certain amount of carats or rc for a match and if the winner gets that prize be something worth exploring ? Maybe even to where others can bet on the outcome of the winner.

    Hi @Starberry ,

Thank you for sharing these critical communication details with the community and giving us the transparency we needed to shed some light on why some of these situations has happened in the past year. Also, my condolences to the staff member that was affected by that tragic event.

Its the small things like these (ie. communicating with us on whats going on) that actually matter as it helps build long term trust, loyalty, and a deeper connection with the community. Its vital for maintaining a healthy relationship with the community, ensuring we dont feel abandoned or left in the dark.

@Starberry . I want to take this time to personally chat with you on several critical areas that has been severely and consistently underperforming, and has been a major reoccurring theme for the past 4 years for Rumble Fighter that has a HUGE negative impact to us players. I will break these down by sections.

    1. Communication
      1. Feedback
        • Fistcuffs being cancelled due to last minute emergencies
        • Long periods of fisticuffs downtime

      5. Severe Gaps in Communication and Event Transparency
      6. Sustainability of RedFox employees posting events during non work hours
      7. Spenders do NOT always need to be themed
      8. New features planned moving forward for Rumble Fighter in 2026
    3. Conclusion
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Communication
    1. Feedback
First, I'd like to thank you for clarifying the reason for the huge gaps in no fisticuffs in the past year. Some quick feedbacks:

    a) Fistcuffs being cancelled due to last minute emergencies
This is completely understandable - life happens and sometimes its not possible to host every week due to these kind of emergencies. But the issue lies in how it was handled all throughout the year. I appreciate the commitment to communicate the cancellation before the event start time and the compensation of having it the following week, because after observing the periods of times where fisticuffs were cancelled this year, this was severely lacking.

Previously, there were no heads up of the cancellation (some folks might have adjusted their personal schedules to be able to attend fisticuffs, only to learn that it would not happen), no communication as to what the cancellation reason was (even if its just a general "hey, due to last minute emergency, a staff member is not able to make it to the event) , and no communication as to if there would be a "make up" fisticuffs the following week.

Moving forward, im excited to see this rule of "communicating to us beforehand for cancellations AND communication of whether we will have a make-up event the following week" being enforced.

A reminder that its not just doing this once or twice that will solve the issue, but enforcing this as a long term and consistent solution in the future. This means that whatever system your team proposes to communicate these things must be sustainable and is something that will work long term, taking into consideration of work life balance (since you're doing work over the weekend), and burn out.

    b) Long periods of fisticuffs downtime
These are definitely tough situations, but i think the most important thing here is to convey and communicate whats going on to the community.

    2. The sharp decline in GMs/CMs being vocal to the community

Furthermore, I'd like to chat about another major concerning thing when it comes to communication from the GMs in Rumble Fighter.

It seems like there was a time period between 2016 - 2019 (inclusive) where GMs/CM team were actively involved in communicating EVERYTHING to the community, but after 2020, things changed and the community gradually got left in the dark, becoming what we see today, where we receive little to no transparency from the GM/CM team.

Questions to you and your team:
    • Can you please shed some light into why this came about, and why the GM/CM team thinks that doing this would result in a net positive outcome?
    • What is the path forward for better communication with us players, just like how it was back in 2016-2019?
These are just some examples of the kind of communication and transparency that was conveyed to us during the active period of 2016-2019 (inclusive), but non existent in today's Rumble Fighter:
I've also seen that you , @Starberry , were one of the players that have consistently demonstrated care for the game pre 2020, even before you joined the RedFox team. After some scanning, I saw that you actively contributed on forums with patch notes, damage numbers, and other guides to maintain transparency and genuine effort to support the community.

Given this, I strongly believe that it is VERY UNLIKELY that a person such as yourself, who has cared about the game, has now suddenly lost your spark or stopped caring. If I had to guess, the communication from the GM/CM team suddenly stopped gradually after 2020 was due to either:
    1. Redfox took a big hit from covid, and lost alot of community managers/employees, therefore there wasn't enough man power to keep this same level of communication and openness with the community
    2. OR priorities has shifted such that all RedFox employees would be prioritized to work on internal tasks rather than being open and being transparent with the community.

I dont believe this is Rumble Fighter specific - I believe this may be a RedFox wide decision, because I looked into the other games forums and seems like GMs/CMs were actively transparent in the past, but after 2020, the communications with players gradually died down, leaving us to the current state where we have minimal to no transparency from GMs/CMs.

But I would appreciate if you could help us understand what has happened, and what is the path forward for better communication with us players, just like how it was back in 2016-2019.

    3. Rumble Fighter news not being shared to all socials

Additionally, seems like there are times where important Rumble Fighter news is shared in one social media platform, but no where else, leaving players in the dark about whats going on if they do not have access to that social media platform. 2 examples i can think of off the top of my head:
    • Right now, some news are posted on Facebook, and no other rumble fighter platforms.
    • There are alot of important transparent info that was conveyed in the official rf discord, but no where else.
Questions to you and your team:
    • Why is this the case? Are there different community managers responsible for different social media platforms and there no communication between them?
    • Does the GM/CM team not believe that every rumble fighter player should have access to the same information/news about the game regardless of what social platform they have access to?
This is just one example of people vocalizing the issue of no-communications from GM/CMs 3 years ago:
    Events
    1. Intro

First, thanks for breaking down the reasons for the long periods of downtime of events this past year, but there's a huge underlying concerning issue(s) that I want chat about.

Here is a table of the number of events + spenders hosted per year, from 2016 until present day, 2025 (excluding any fisticuffs events)
    events (1).png

    From the data above:

    • The number of events we have in 2020-2025 (inclusive) is nearly HALF of the # of events we had in 2019, and nearly 1/3 or 1/4th of the number of events we had in 2016-2018.
    • The number of spenders we had in 2020-2025 (inclusive) is only HALF of what we had in 2016-2019.
It seems that the number of events and spenders went downhill when covid hit in 2020 and hasn't recovered.

Questions to you and your team:

    • I understand why 2020-2021 would have low events due to covid, but looking at the data, why has the number of events + spenders been constantly this low (and seems like # of events is progressively getting less throughout the years) and never recover to pre-covid numbers?
    • Looking at the data, in the past 6 years of Rumble Fighter, this year (2025) had the 2nd lowest # of events hosted. I understand that there were reasons for those periods of downtime for events (ie. jan, april/may, july/august), but what about when we weren't in those periods? Why did we still have so few events? Ie. why only one Halloween event this year, and one black friday event this year, when previous years we had many more?
Yes, one concerning issue was the event downtime themselves (which as you explained, seems to be unforeseen circumstances that could not be accounted for when planning), but the more concerning issue is how it was responded with and dealt afterwards by the GM/CM team. And this leads straight into my next topic....

    2. No compensation for loss prizes after event downtime periods

Also after those periods of downtime for fisticuffs, why were there no "special" or "series of special" fisticuffs that would let you pick extra prizes to make up for those long downtime of events? From a post in 2020, there was also sometime where fistcuffs couldn't be hosted, but there was mention of "offering double prize/time" to make up for the loss.

    fisti compensate 1 (1).png

I agree that sometimes, the root cause of these periods of event downtime cannot be controlled, however, the things that comes AFTER these downtimes CAN* be controlled.

Questions to you and your team:

    • Was the option of compensation/adding extra prize to make up for the loss events ever considered?
    • Judging from how big of an impact of these large periods of event downtimes are, i'd at least assume that this WAS considered. Then my follow up question was, how come it was not implemented as a solution to make up for the loss in prizes?
      • was this idea denied by the redfox higher ups?
      • Was it denied by Nimonix? if so, how can we, the community, push for things like these to happen?
    • How were the events (especially the ones towards end of year - halloween, thanksgiving, black friday) planned? I know you mentioned "this year's Halloween events only included a spenders and Thanksgiving included a playtime event". What was the reason for this? I believe RedFox Games has full control over the events they host.
      • Given this, why were there only 1 event for halloween and 1 for black friday, as opposed to the 3-4 for halloween/black friday from previous years? Is it because your team didnt have enough planing time this year to fully plan out more events to host?
      • Also why were the spenders that we had just what seems to be "mini spenders", being a copy and paste of 2020's version but nerfed? why not at least just copy all the rewards from the 2020 one?
      • Comparing this year's Halloween/Black Friday spenders to last years, this years was severely inferior.
    3. Focusing on what the GM team "can control"
Another thing to note is - We know that Nimonix is part of the issue, where they are slow to get back to us with new content and development. I remember that you, [CM]Fang, showed us that you tried pitching a whole list of qol and new content changes to Nimonix, but they are the one that are the bottle neck in implementing this.

Given this knowledge, shouldn't we focus on what we **can** control? I know that Redfox has the power to host events, and does not need to depend on Nimonix for this, so why not just host more events, like the # of events we had in 2016-2019 to overshadow Nimonix's poor job? I think if we had the number of events that we did back in 2016-2019, we would be in a better spot, but instead, what we have is Nimonix doing a poor job as well as RedFox hosting so few events, the heavy negative experience of all of this gets amplified and we're all experiencing the negative effects of this right now.

Questions to you and your team:

    • Did your team ever consider this solution? if so, could you explain why your team didnt go through the route of hosting more events?
    4. Prize distribution and halting events
I also recall that there may be some points in time where fisticuffs events were not hosted due to waiting on the distribution of previous fisticuffs rewards (I may be wrong.). I understand that the reason for this is to not have the negative experience of players waiting too long for their event items to be distrusted, but having fisticuffs paused is just as bad.

If we had to choose One option out of the two:

    1. Have fisticuffs paused until we get our prize distribution for older prizes
    2. OR keep on having fisticuffs, and the previous prizes gets delivered whenever they are able to be delivered
then Id much rather have the 2nd option. Sure, both options has their negative impact towards players, but I'd argue the 2nd one is the "least" negative due to the fact that we actually still have events ongoing, and even though we may get the prizes in 3-4 months, we still are "guaranteed" to get the prize in the future as opposed to unable to get anything due to fisticuffs being paused.

Questions to you and your team:

    • Was this tradeoff decision something considered by your team? If so, could you elaborate on why one solution was chosen over the other in terms of player experience?
    5. Severe Gaps in Communication and Event Transparency
I understand that the Halloween/black friday events were delayed due to the reason you stated of trying to involve more CAs into these processes, and thats aweome - im all for it. But there is a HEAVILY underlying issue hidden in this that your team may or may not have recognized.

Its the fact that there were NO indications of whether we would have ANY Halloween/black friday events. Halloween day & black friday day came and went, and there was NO communication, no NOTHING of whether or not we would get the events or not. Sure, the prior weekend was accounted for in the spenders, but thats really missing the main concern with all of this.

[IMPORTANT] With all due respect, one crucial thing that I dont think the GM/CM team recognizes enough is the fact that the "optics" and how this is all being perceived from the POV of players(ie. communication, advertising of events, etc) is JUST as important as the event execution themselves. Im willing to bet that 99% of players thought that there would be no Halloween or black friday event this year when the clock striked 11:59pm on Halloween/blackfriday day and no events were seen.

The above statement is too important that im going to reiterate it again in a different way. The optics of how these events are being perceived from the POV of players is what makes or breaks the game and has a HUGE impact on the overall player experience. Do you know why the steam for rumble fighter has only a 3 star rating? aside from the trolls that down rate the game on purpose, the low rating is literary due to the fact that the optics of the game (events, etc) are NOT perceived well. This is instantly a major red flag, and im surprised it hasnt been addressed yet given that it arguably has the same urgency and priority as the hacking issue.

If you do not know where to start to address this issue, here is literally a step by step guide on how to INSTANTLY make optics and how events are percieved by players better.

    1. POST event teasers EARLY - maybe during maintenance, JUST to inform players what events will happen in the next 2 weeks FOR CERTAIN. You do not need to post the dates or details of the events in the case where it may be a spenders, and people accidentally perceive it to be starting early. With no dates and no info, and just a "here are the events that will happen in the next 2 weeks: spenders, etc", this gives the player base reassurance that there IS something coming, while also giving the GMs flexibility to change the date and/or event details before posting.
    2. COMMUNICATE with the community like what you have done in this post. This info should have been posted way before and is way overdue. Communication of everything, including why events are delayed, why events are cancelled, why the fashion sets were not released this year, why the events feel so inferior to previous years, why we only got 1 event where in previous years we had multiple for a given holiday, etc, etc.
      • Example: literally even something as simple as why was the maintenance on 12/9/2025 (yesterday) delayed? its been 2 weeks since the last maintenance and were expecting one this past tuesday. but instead, there was no communication of why it was delayed, or that it WAS delayed in any way to us
      • These are the stuff im talking about when it comes to communication of details to us.
    6. Sustainability of RedFox employees posting events during non work hours

For the last 4-5 years (or maybe longer), we've had some events start at midnight, and we have [CM]Fang posting these posts manually during those non working hours, and very late hours. This is a huge concern and red flag when it comes to work life balance and sustainability for any employee, ESPEICALLY when needing to post events for work on weekends or holidays. It may be fine in present day, but as time goes, this is NOT a sustainable approach, which leads to a poor work life balance for the RedFox employee, causing burnout and directly affecting the community in ways such as getting less events, posting events late, etc etc. What happens when the said employee(s) go on vacation or cannot make it to work? Then the event detail posting will be delayed, causing a negative user experience again. And given that alot of the important events are centered around holidays, theres a greater risk that RedFoxemployees will go on vacation and miss releasing event.

I understand we want the events to start at midnight so it can start at the beginning of the day, and end at another day at 23:59, which makes sense. But what doesnt make sense is the fact that it needs to be manually posted during off hours.

Developers were being pulled from other RedFoxteams instantly to fix the hacking issue, but why cant they be pulled to invest in building an approach that will help RedFox employee longevity long term by solutions such as automating the posting of events such that community managers dont need to worry about staying up late to do something for work, etc?

    7. Spenders do NOT always need to be themed

Given that post 2019, the number of spenders we get per year has been literally reduced by half(from 10 spenders a year in 2016-2019, to 5 a year in 2020-2025), Its not feasible to make EVERY spenders themed, given that there are so many items that people want to be released as a spenders reward, and its just not possible to fit them all in 5 spenders a year.

Also, limiting the spenders prize to be only items of certain theme results in very limited choices of prizes, which leads to issues where people think that prizes are "Recycled" and its "Trash" because they already own the items.

This is just 1 example of this. https://forums.playredfox.com/index...arat-spenders-enchantments.57250/#post-523602 . The 4th of july spenders for 2024 had carats spenders prizes that were strictly themed, and as a result the prizes were not that great, as evident by that person complaining.

Questions to you and your team:

    • why are the spenders events strictly themed? Given that there are alot of items that do not fit into specific themes, (items such as vip title, SWAGG title, etc), has the GM/CM thought about throwing in a mix of themed + non themed items for each spenders, given that theres only ~5 spenders a year?
      • If so, could you elaborate on why the GM/CM team has chosen to strictly make them themed and not include items that arent in the theme of the spenders?
    8. New features planned moving forward for Rumble Fighter in 2026
I appreciate you providing us with the roadmap and plan for rumble fighter in 2026, the big one being guilds to be expected to be reopened by Q2 of 2026. As we know, in the real world, not all roadmap goes to plan and there may be unforeseen circumstances or events that may happen that will push back the date.

It may be stronger to convey to us the following 2 important pieces of context

    1. The expected date of which its planned to be released (which you have provided us to be Q2 of 2026)
    2. And also the "confidence level" from 0% to 100% in which these content will actually be delivered
With this, it will give the community a better idea of what we can expect. For example, when end of Q2 2026 rolls around, if the community sees that it hasnt yet been implemented into the game, instead of us reacting as "oh what the heck, its not here. Why is it not here?!!" and demanding answers, if a % confidence level is provided to us, we can instead react in the following, heathier manner:
    • If the confidence level of the feature being delivered at X date is 80%, then when that time comes and we dont see it, the community can be like "Oh, it was at a 80% confidence level. it probably got delayed by 1-2 months due to some unforeseen events. we can wait, no problem. sometimes, life happens"
    • If the confidence level of the feature being delivered at X date is 50%, then when the time comes and we dont see it, the community can be like "Oh actually the confidence level is 50% of being delivered at this X date. since we dont see it, something likely happened and lets not expect to see it until a year or two later"
    Conclusion
All in all, I know the redox team is working hard on stuff internally, and RedFox is not entirely to blame as Nimonix has an equal portion to be blamed from their slow progress, no new developments, etc etc. But from the outsiders POV (ie. players), the bar for the game seems so low due to all the concerns I’ve listed above. Hopefully, our voices, concerns, and feedback are not treated as a waste of breath and we see immediate/near immediate return in investments from us playing and investing our time to play this game as a hobby.

There’s a level of bare minimum expectation that us players expect from the GMs as a game in 2025 (and vice versa ), but if our voices and key concerns that we’ve been trying to convey for years are constantly proved to be of no use (ie. no visible changes to the game implementing these feedback) , AND no communication from the GMs, many ppl will just leave and not play the game, hence why the 3.0 rating on steam for this game.

Before this post, As an outsider (ie. player) , we have completely 0 visibility on what the state of the game is, what its future and roadmap looks like, why what seems to be “bad decisions” (from an outsiders perspective) are made, etc etc. and this is completely unacceptable. A player playing this game should be satisfied with what’s going on in the game and if not, the concerns they raise as feedback should be acknowledged.

How many more times do we have to voice our concerns before the player base realizes that our suggestions are just a waste of our breath and we all just leave the game that we all love with a bitter taste in our mouth? This post is probably the most transparent thing conveyed to us players in all of 2025

I understand that the GM/CM team is trying their best and doing internal work, but I urge your team to raise the bar and uphold a higher standard when it comes to communicating with us players on what’s going on.

And while we have this chance to chat with you directly and get your thoughts/answers on major concerns of this game, i'd like to revisit the suggestions I put up back in March 24th, 2025 (https://forums.playredfox.com/index...rip-down-memory-lane.58579/page-5#post-526671).

Alot of these suggestions I have mentioned again in the above post, but there are 2 I want to ask you directly about that has still been unanswered or unacknowledged:
    1. No clear channel of feedback for events that happened
      • Why is there still no clear, acknowledged channel for feedback from the players to the GMs? Yes there are forums, but its very ambigious and unclear on whether GM/CMs even see these posts because no GM/CM comments on these threads. Also, yes we can submit a ticket for suggestions, but for most players, they dont know how to, or deem that its too complicated to submit a ticket just to provide some simple feedback.
    2. Poor and slow response to event questions.

I also have some questions about this small committee
    • How can we ensure that this is going to be a long term commitment from the GM/CM and not be abandoned half way like the streamers program did a few years back?
      • I know that these two are fundamentally different, but if i remember correctly, the streamers program was cancelled due to not having enough man power from the GMs/CMs. How can we ensure that something similar wont happen to this small committee and then gets abandoned due to GM/CMs not having enough man power to work with the committee?
    • What is your vision with this small committee? What will their responsibilities be? Will their voices be heard "louder"/higher priority to the higher ups compared to regular players?
    • In times of hardships, like what happened this year in Jan, or April/May 2025 as you described in your original post, how can we ensure that the committee members' efforts and commitment wont be "paused"?
    • If a committee member suggests something, will they get feedback/insights from GM/CM on whether the suggestion is feasible to be implemented(or even updates)? Or will the commitee members' suggestions go into a black box like the suggestions we made back in March (https://forums.playredfox.com/index...sary-pre-event-a-trip-down-memory-lane.58579/) and not get any updates or insights on whether its being worked on and what not?
    • If a committee member suggests something, what is the turnaround time that a GM/CM will get back to them regarding their suggestion?
    • How will the communication between the committee and the GM/CMs be like? Will it be like what it is now between players and GM/CMs where theres no visibility on what GM/CMs are working on? or will there be a deeper relationship and connection in terms of communication between the commitee and the GM/CMs?

Also, cage beast mode has been bugged for years. Probably not the highest of priorities to fix, but just thought id point it out.

You guys killed the game past any rebirth potential..
There's literally 15x the work you have to do now mainly cuhz you allowed all of this to go on for so long on your platform..
You know how many ppls personal info probably got acquired through the inactions of the redfox staff on their game?.

Like y'all knew a hacker was on your game selling to the slow ppl who use hacks on a dead game just to get items and did nothing for years, and once that player gets reported you guys have literally said you can't do none because all they do is change IP and blah blah.. There's plenty you could've done to keep a safer platform for people to be on..

I really feel sorry for anyone hyped about this bs.. You guys will NEVER experience a real rumble fighter like on OGP.. Yeah it had it's issues too and stuff, but when the staff wasn't playing favorites they actually did their jobs at least..

EDIT - And about y'all "spenders don't always need to be themed"... How about Spenders don't always have to be RECYCLED GARBAGE!! I literally went back on past spenders and saw y'all made previous CARAT TIER PRIZES rc prizes in future spenders..
Y'all actually been scamming the community on spender events and I think before you try fixing the game you should actually pay the players back from the past spender events for giving them the same items almost every year..

So what this boils down to is "we'll see" and "we thought about it"

The reason im pushing so hard for spenders to not be themed is because this will put more variety in the prizes, resulting in less recycled stuff.

Also it will be less "garbage" because the prizes will introduce stuff that ppl dont already have yet

Honestly, this is a good start. At least they are communicating with us their thoughts. Now that they are responding to us, we now just have to ask the right questions to guide them in the right direction, or what we think is the right direction

The next step is to ask them questions like, "Given this, how will this be resolved? Is this really the best solution to this problem? how will we ensure that this doesnt happen again in the future? What if we do XYZ instead? what compensation will we have to make up for this? why was this decision made? why did we (the community) not get asked for our feedback?" etc etc
