Add slots to weapon and clothes Combine can be used to add slots and reduce the level limit of Weapon and add slots to some Deco and clothes. This can be done at blacksmith of any village for the normal weapon with less than 2 slots. For special weapon and clothes/decos (hermit, event or kylin...) it can be done only in Hefei on the NPC near Mo Tailan the Refiner. Weapon and clothes details: Before any start you need to know some stuff about the weapons. Here an example of weapon: Possible to combine an item (2/4): you are able to combine the weapon with another special item and that you weapon have 2 slots on 4. (4 will be the max slot number on items) Reduce level limit (0/12): you can reduce the level of the weapon. Actually the reduce level is 0 on the 12 max. Collectable/Uncollectable: the weapon can be or can't be used to a special collection that you can find in the resources section of the Living (L) window. Combinable/Not Combinable: you can or can't adding slot or reduce level to the item. This is doesn't appear on some of the weapons. So you have a weapon with "Possible to combine an item"; you can then reduce the level of the weapon and add slots. In the case of clothes or decos, if you have "Possible to combine an item"; you can add them slots: To do that you need some special item from item mall or some that you can drop in game.
Items Used For Combination: Item that add slots: Bronze Separator: This picture is an old separator this one can only be used for a weapon that do not got any slot. The Iron Separator: it is an item from item mall, it will allow you to create a 2 slotted weapon. The Jade Separator: it is an Item from item mall, it will allow you to add a slot at any slotted weapon or not (If the weapon do not got already the 4 slots ofc) Example: a 1 slotted weapon will be changed into a 2 slotted weapon with one jade separator and a 2 slotted weapon will be changed into a 3 slotted weapon with one other jade separator. Item that decrease weapon's level: The groove cutter are the items you can combine with a weapon to decrease weapon's lvl. There are 5 kinds of groove cutter: Narrow Groove Cutter (2 kind of them normal one and Hermit one that are for [Hermit]Weapon). Those 2 cutter can be bought at general store. This item allow you to decrease the level of a weapon by 4. Double Groove Cutter (2 kind of them normal one and Hermit one that are for [Hermit]Weapon). Those 2 cutter can be dropped on every mobs. This item allow you to decrease the level of a weapon by 8. Triple Groove Cutter: there is only one item of that kind and only one way to get it. You will need to complete the collection with teh Craft Merchant, Guan Ding. You will need 1 Double Groove Cutter, 1 Narrow Groove Cutter and 1 Blood Essence. Craft Merchant, Guan Ding:
Combine a Weapon So you have all you combining item and your weapon so let's go. You have to go to a blacksmith to first add slot on you weapon. Even if the weapon has already 2 slot and you want add more with Jade Separator, you first need to register it at blacksmith and use Bronze Separator for example, then once it's done you will be able to move to the Master Ornament in Hefei near Mo Tailan. Here on the following screen the Master Ornament, remember you first have to do the first step which are detailed in the next text. And then you go in Hefei if you want add more than 2 slots. So first with a blacksmith from any village: Once you have talk to him, click on the menu Combination and this following window will appear: First select the weapon: Then you can add a Separator: Once it's done you can add a Groove Cutter: And then confirm and you have one more slot and the weapon lvl requirement decreased:
Combine Decos and Clothes Compare to weapon you directly go to Hefei and meet The Master of Ornament, Yang Yuntai which is near Mo Tailan: Talk to this NPC and open the combination menu, you will be able to put the deco or the clothes here. It can be any deco or clothes as long as you have Possible to combine an item (x/4): Note that sometimes the decos or clothes have already some slots sometimes. Only once item will work on decos and clothes (No matter if there is already slot or no on it): The Jade Separator (Item from Item Mall) It will add only 1 slot so you will need 4 to create the 4 slotted deco.

What level should we start focus on Weapons and Clothes? Earlier level should be ok to grind with clan and drop weapons right?
