VALKYRIE got the same exact patch as they have NOW. Are you stupid? Look up any of my previous posts. I was one of the firsts to complain about how stupid MAU defense became, and how bad all the nets are. The summer update came when I was around lvl 55. I still got to 70 even with the patch that started while I was on Valkyrie, even with all of that. Hmmm strange?
SO, there you go, it came when you were already 55. Not at the start so that one race could snowball...no extra def maus to deal with/net spam etc so much so that everyone just runs from them nowadays. I shall state again, NOT A CLUE what it's like trying to get to 50 on zephyr. I played on valkyrie too and was one of the first few level 50's, so don't give that crap my friend.
Sorry I fail to see what a race snowballing has to do with hitting level 50. You are literally saying you cannot hit 50 because of MAUs. I am saying that I was able to hit lvl 70, from 55, in less than a year. AFTER the patch. The difference is the same. YMAU vs 55 Striker is basically the SAME exact thing as Blue MAU vs lvl 50 striker. You guys don't even have to deal with blue MAU, just black arms and you are complaining. Sorry, I can't help but laugh. If you guys are struggling at VC, go to Elan. Not many bells there.
As usual you miss the point because you are so ******* stupid, lets go down the list of stuff having an ACC on a different rates server doesn't prove, +7 white 55 staff hitting strikers for 4-6k, TudoNuvo hitting you for over 16k with doomblast, lvl 47 striker hitting you for 12k with compound siege, "i know everything there is to know about striker balance" and finally "A 45 int launcher is enough to get you to 50 in 2 days" How about you get your retarded head out of your arse and actually provide evidence for the stuff you actually claimed and not ******** your way through the thread.
The whole problem with acc right now is the fact that everyone wants to play striker to do tons of damage to maus and doomblast squishies for free cp. The issue is that the best way to win in mass pvp against bells with all their maus isn't a bunch of strikers...its a bunch of mercs. Mercs will completely **** on any mau that tries to fight it 1v1 hands down no questions asked. Once acc starts seeing more people roll gladius/assaulter and merc is when acc will have a moderately decent fighting chance of winning on Zephyr. If the GMs patch out some of the absurdities that are leftovers from the summer patch and take a good hard look at the balance i think a 50/55 cap pvp based server will be a true gem.
Funny because I am providing more solid evidence than you are. The burden of proof that it is difficult to reach 50 lies on you. TudoNuvo hit 50 within a week. What is your excuse for that? He magically soloed it?
Okay i'll prove the difficulty, the first character to get a 45 int launcher was KakashiDls, he didn't get 50 within the next 2 days, hell he might not even be 50 yet. I was the highest level on Accretia when i quit and that was over 2 days after we got out 45 int weapons. You say TudoNuvo hit 50 within a week, he did it in considerably more than 2 days and he even jaded from 49 to use a 50 white akeron launcher, not exactly the shining example of proof you are looking for.
We play as couple as two mercs and we are completely useless against mau zerg, nearly same as any of two strikers, so this is really not solution. One noob melee mau can destroy many parties without getting out of mau, wearing lvl 27 range armor, disturbing whole VC leveling for 15 minutes straight. And thats just ONE of them. This is not pvp game like it used to be, its boring. And why coras lvl better than accs? Because they have zerg of summons that do at least some damage to maus while they run out of their range.
Maybe you are under the impression that I am saying you can go 1-50 in two days of only a couple hours of play a day. I am talking about no lifing it. There should be no excuse at this point for ACC to not have atleast 10 lvl 50s by now.

Thats stupid. Summons are exp sponges. Strikers aoeing for 3k on babas gain tons more exp than a summoner doing 1k and isis 2k. I hit 48 day 1 and 49 day 2 doing garbage damage and begging for tanks on an empty baba cave. If i were acc i wouldve hit 50 by then cause of all thw tanks and 2x better hit exp.
All the ACC tanks??? What ?? Where?? I felt for the longest time i was the only Merc on the whole ACC race, eventually BaiL caught up but that was it.
I guess this explains a lot. I thought most serious players already have good guilds going with them. Of course you aren't going to hit 50 alone, or without Cash Shopping. As soon as I hit 30 in the first couple hours I threw on Abundance Jades, and the Kartella Token. Hit 35 and had gimped PTs so I spent 3 hours PTing on x4 pots. This shouldn't be necessary since you are merc. I am mage x miller so I had to do melee, shield, defense and force Pts. Then 35-47/48 can be done within another 5 hours or so. 48-50 head to TC2/3, use chocolates when you can, and of course you gotta have a dedicated party.
The point is that when Valkyrie started, it was more of a balanced situation as Bell MAUs didn't have increased def. A 45 box wep would hit a mau Cata 2-4K per skill. And the Cata will deal 4k constant damage to a 47 int equipped toon. Now, 45 box weps would deal 1-2k damage per skill on a MAU cata that deals 4k constant damage on a 47 int equipped toon. Coupled with aoe ammos, AND THE DAMN PERMANETS = wiped acc/cora parties. And who cares about reaching 50? When you have lvl 48 BMAUs running around tanking people left and right? Not to mention lvl 50 RMAUs' def. The argument here is when a BMAU that costs 30M can tank and deal damage the same as somebody who cash shopped like crazy and Jaded to 55 (Yes Zanarkand I'm talking about you) is balanced or not. When Drivers are not punished for picking Damage over Def like in the previous patch, you get an oversupply of MAU cata drivers. Not to mention those damn permanets. Remove both and you would see a more equal skirmish exchange between races.
Yes mau def is retarded early on. But keep in mind they lost 17% damage and a large amount of range. Also 50 cap is good as they need a ton of money for their arms as opposed to 150m t1 blue AND i am sure red tier 3 repairs cost as much as blue tier 3(repairs tied to overall mau cost). 48 arms shouldnt even hit an acc 50 int warrior for more than 1.5k and thats without def elems. Its just a matter of getting your elems and +6 normal horas or 4 or 5 int.
MAUs have always been strong earlier in a servers life. This server is par for the course and will slowly balance out over a few weeks in that aspect. The bigger problem is all the 55 content still remaining in the game allowing all of these cash cows to throw their wallets at the screen to be strong. Elite on cora is now jading 55 and Jecht on bell is jading 55 for his +7 55 staff. This **** has got to go if you want to keep this server afloat. Frankly i don't care about the feelings of people who throw hundreds of dollars at the game to jade 55 to extend their e-pen. They'll argue it isn't that big of an advantage but honestly its a huge advantage as you can wear 55 white armor which is basically council armor in terms of base defense and costs next to nothing to purchase from the NPC.
