EVENT 9th Anniversary Welcome Back Event

Hello all,

We've heard your feedback in regards to the welcome back event and would like to share some notes about some questions & concerns regarding the event.

How come this was only given to returning/inactive players and not current active players?
Our team wanted to try something new for players that have not played for a long while. While it may seem insulting that active players were excluded from this event, returning players that qualified for the First Grade Comeback Package missed the following events during the last 90 days:

• Snake God's Wish
• Snake's Greetings Happy Hour
• LOVE is in the Air!
• 9th Anniversary Happy Hour

This only factors and assumes players that have not logged into the game for 90 days and does not factor those who have been inactive for much longer. All the following above events rewarded active players that logged in and played Rumble Fighter. Happy Hour alone arguably provided better rewards, such as Orichalcon Scroll/ExoCore boxes and at least 1-2 of the 5 boxes of each package of each Happy Hour (total: 3-4 of 5 of each package if you were active and logged in to both Happy Hour).

That being said, this isn't a promotion that we're doing frequently (first time ever to commemorate our 9th anniversary) so inactive players will never receive benefits that outweigh those that existing, active players take advantage of. We'll do our best to maintain a balanced gameplay experience for our active, loyal players as well as offering an opportunity for those who return to the game to be a little bit "more aligned" with the current meta of Rumble Fighter. If you have any further feedback, we'd love to know your thoughts moving forward via support ticket.

We'd like to also mention that existing and active players will qualify for a reward package of their own to be announced shortly.

For some reason, existing Comeback Packages in my inventory provided me with the upgraded rewards, but I wasn't inactive.
We identified an issue that the comeback packages where they were not providing the upgraded rewards shortly after maintenance concluded. In order to resolve this as quick as possible without flooding our support team, we decided to change the properties of the comeback package (both old and new) to add the upgraded rewards. This allowed us to resolve the issue and only needed to compensate those that already opened the package. This of course will be reverted after the event concludes during the June 2025 maintenance, and players found abusing this through unnatural means will be permanently banned.
