Hello Nine Dragons Community, We've finally made it! After months of background work from our development team, we are pleased to announce that 9Dragons will be launching onto Steam on February 14, 2017, at 6:00 PM PST! Mark your calendars and keep an eye on this announcement as we will update this post closer to the launch date with additional information. Our steam page can be found here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/390100 Update: We are excited to be the bearers of this exciting news: a new server will be opening on February 14, 2017. The new server is completely segregated from the existing server -- players can not transfer there with previously existing characters and cannot transfer any type of wealth into the new server. All players will begin at level 0. Additional Changes: New Server Cash Shop - We are removing the Blue Dragon's Treasure Box, Four Guardians Box, and Four Deity Package from the cash shop. Players will not be able to purchase these items if they play on the new Yin server. These items will only be available on Tao server. New Server PvP Areas - Players can engage in combat (PvP) starting from Liaodong map. There will be no Anti-PK buff on the new Yin server. Anti-PK Cavity Press - We are removing the Anti-PK buff "Spirit of the Conqueror" from all the NPC on Tao server. The Anti-PK buff will only be attainable through the Portable Cavity Press
Launch of 9Dragons on Steam (this countdown may be off a little, if GM Adjusts their Release time) I Cant wait! Let's hope it brings more population. Also, maybe release a FULL PVP Server? So we can play the game the way it is supposed to be Played!
And what are the benefits for us? Something changed for the current players? We'll have to have an account on Steam?
What is the game Steam? Steam is a multi-player platform developed by Valve Corporation. It is used to distribute games and related media online.Steam provides the user with installation and automatic management of software across multiple computers, community features such as friends lists and groups and in-game voice and chat functionality. The only benefit that i want is to see the community growing after steam release! And ofc an x5 event to celebrate, hehe
I can't wait! Been trying to download this game a few weeks now - I really hope this solves many installation problems for other users and get more people involved too. Steam is great and has a ton of community - maybe this'll revive the 9D reddit too.

You did a good job, now bring the engine and don't wipe as promised and you'll be a very populated server. Keep up the good work. Gotta give credit where credit is due.
Uhm what happens to our account are they going to be wiped? if so we should probably be reimbursed because i've spent more money than I should have for this game.
Can we use our steam coins to purchase 9d stuffs? and Can we also use steam market to sell in-game stuffs for steam coins?
I enjoy this game and have decided to pick it up again after a few years away. There is always the problem of 'p2w' and 'content lockout' and if you enjoy the game enough, you build a bridge and you get over it.
Still no explanation about benefits the steam launch will have on current users or will there be benefits?
