I suggest those lowbies to try to exp manually rather than relying on Daily Quest at ocl and bio2 until GM fix it (From lvl 58 at Kukra and lvl 60+ at Hellar) as those monster are way weaker than it used to be. From 61 to 66 you can try to exp at Kartella Biolab 2 hunting Mutants and BlackSign mobs. But if you were in Titan Server you can try to leech at Jetso. Try to aim for 2% a day.
Real struggle is 56-58 lvl. 56 can do Narooms, until 70s come to one shot him (10-15mins usually), you can get 0.22% per DQ. 57 can do Narooms only, DQ gives 0.14% 57 gets 0.3% to solo 45-60 BD 58 can leech in Jetso 58 can LH kukras 60 can LH Hellars It's faster to go 60 to 64 then 55-58. Would be much easier if OCL locked for 48-66.
