So yesterday I was sparring a ***** named Playboy using ice breaker and he kept crying saying I was using a “banned” 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 and “op” scroll. My question is: is ice breaker really banned in 1v1? If so, what makes it so “op” compared to non banned scrolls like shoot and hitman?
