Is it normal for my Avast to detect that it has viruses? It is it false prediction? Everytime I try to download the installer, avast stops the download saying it has viruses.
We have posted virus total scans for the executable. The client is clean, nothing malicious and no viruses.
His anti virus may be disallowing the client download or modifying it so it isn't executable, that's why some people get "checksum error" because their AV is altering the file. I would temporarily disable it or allow it as a trusted exception.
Game download will just no start... anyone having same issue? antivirus is not the problem since it is disable
114 is a gamemon initialization error, something on your end of the machine is blocking the process from running. Try disabling your firewall Put gameguard.des and gamemon.des in your firewall exceptions Put ninedragons and ndlauncher.exe in your firewall exceptions Make sure there are nothing that could be causing the collisions with the client Altering the levels of AUC might help
