Yeah I even logged on and played on gc before transferring the account. I have no reason to lie I'm just frustrated that the stuff I spent time to get our used money to get is gone. I knew my sets were missing things, but I didn't put it all together until I tried making a new one lol

Did you log in after the day they announce things were not being saved anymore? That could possibly it. If not then yeah send in a ticket and see how they can help
I hope you didnt log on when you transfer right away if you did that then the transfer process failed. send a ticket to see the situation
