    Hello Lords,

    We would like to provide additional support items to help the players who signed up using the [Heroes1 Fresh Start Support Application].

    We have prepared several items to assist the many Lords who are diligently developing their Kingdoms on the Heroes1 server, starting anew and striving.

    *Settlement Support Items
    • (Common) Time Acceleration 1 hour × 50
    • 3★ Exp Spirit Package x 30
    • Infantry Academy Certification × 500
    • Archery Academy Certification × 500
    • Mage Academy Certification × 500
    *How to claim rewards
    • Receive the reward from your mailbox in Kingdom Hunter Heroes on the Heroes1 server.

    What are the basis in getting those? Why not just give it to everyone?

    Most Kingdom Hunter players were level 20 or higher, and as they will start reset on the Heroes1 server, to keep the game fair and healthy, a compensation is provided in terms of rewards.

    I gave you feedback on a question a long time ago.But for some reason, your company hasn't given me a reply.I'm here to seriously mention it now.Why do 1★, 2★ and 3★ use the same experience bar ？4★ and 5 ★ use the same exp bar？Is your program wrong or is it intentional?What's the point if it's intentional?This makes our upgrade very difficult.And for EXP spirit 1★ and 2★，There's no point in upgrading.Please reply.I hope your company can correctly understand the feedback from all players.

    What about the agreed 30% gem compensation? Will there be ？？

    Also, this is a global game. From a certain point of view, your company represents some professional levels in your country.Please be professional.Your game theme is really good, but don't beat a good hand to pieces.That will disappoint your "customers" and you will lose something.Especially the reputation of the company.
